We believe this is due, in part to the lack of ethics and integrity. At CFC, the following are not mere words on paper but the way that we conduct our business everyday. Because of the amount of confidential information that flows through our office, we are confronted by ethical issues on a continuing basis. You have my word as the President that we will always act with integrity and in an ethical manner toward our clients and our candidates. This is the level of professionalism and service our clients should expect from any executive search firm and with Commercial Finance Consultants you will receive it all of our business relationships. The professional standards and ethics to which we adhere are in the paragraphs below. Confidentiality - All information concerning a client's business is kept strictly confidential. We will not reveal the identity of a client to a potential candidate until it is both necessary and appropriate.
